"Sempre No" is the first "Autarkeia's" edition that was published for the special occasion - the establishment of independent music publishing house. Two well known Lithuanian music performers Laurynas aka "Girnu Giesmes" and Giedrius from the project "Coal Colour Amplifier" took army's short wave sets to the forest and recorded all that was happening in space. From various electromagnetic echoes, sounds emitted from satellites and other chaos in ether 5 tracks of "experimental-noise" were created. Perhaps they can be the undoubted proof of that fact, that above our heads there is an endless and anxious ocean. The tracks of mini album were named in Spanish names in order to obtain special spirit.
